I'm more Irish than you, I'm not tryin to one up it's just a fact. My parents came to the states in '74 from Belfast and I was born some years later. So as usual people assume that this is my day, Saint Patty's day. The thing is Saint Patrick’s day is only celebrated with parades, green beards and vats of Guinness here in the states, in Ireland they go to mass and that's it. So being true to form I went to church today, the church of John Rubio, oh how I love those hands on my scalp.

Now that I'm self employed I find that maintaining a daily regimen can be a bit of a challenge. I've decided that along with the usual stuff, everyday I will take photographs. Today I did just that, I went downtown, stepped out onto the side walk and ten feet later ran into Lee Ann, an unemployed paralegal. I wonder if the universe was trying to tell me something. I think it was, clearly the universe was telling me to start a daily photo blog.
